little update:
- new midi chip (easy to install) is working with the nova (as already written)
- midi solutions event plus processor is programmed and works with the old chip (in rented gear)
. if you got one and need to program the filter with the windows-program you can download on the midi solutions homepage, just load preset 3 of the filter section (called something like "filter all midi events but program change commands") and write it to the midi solutions event processor. it's easy but you need a win computer and a usb to midi converter (i had a guitar rig controller)
