The Judge module is kick ass.. i love mine too now. Also the Brahma. Great modules that are stock. The magic in the RM22 is the EL84"s.. i love EL34's, KT77's, and 6550's BUT EL84 have this sweet crunch to them. IF Randall would invest in this line they'd have far more users. They need to get on that Nuno module that they abandoned. The prototype sounded bad ass.

Mesa 20-20 is 1 rack space, EL34 tubes.

I'd go with a Randall RM if I were you though. That way you could use different tube types in either side, and switch them via MIDI.

The mesa 20/20 has EL84 tubes

I've never tried the RM22 & the Judge module. I love my Egnater modular stuff and can't fault it in any way. I say go for it.

searching for stuff on the RM22 I just bought. I have RT2/50 and RM5o rigs already so I know what to expect I guess. glad to see all this love for it form years ago. sadly they didn't sell well and aren't everywhere. I love the MTS.
