The MPX-2 was designed to allow you to run some of the FX before the amp, and some in the loop.

I have a G-Major and a Lexicon MPX200. The 200 get's used for verb and delay. The G-Major get everything else.

There is NO lag on the G-Major. A slight one on th MPX200, but live you don't notice it.

What about the LXP's? These can be found fairly cheap, are they crap (compared to the MPX's, that is)?
