Recommend pickups to pair with Seymour Duncan SSL-5?

I'm putting a Seymour Duncan SSL-5 in the bridge of my Strat and wondering what are some great pickups to pair with it? I was considering Fat 50s to replace the stock pickups (it is a 2006 American Standard) but didn't know if I would notice much of a difference.

I'm going for a Gilmour type setup and wondering if I can just keep the stock pickups in the middle and neck?

You could actually do all SSL-5 pickups. It's great in the neck for sure... SSL-5 is pretty hot - not sure it'll work with your stock pickups...

I say SSL-1's. That was kind of the standard Gilmour set for a while.

Oh, and I'm glad you are still digging the Motor City's!!!

If you get a cool set of start pickups, you'll have to bring it by so we can rock it out!!!
