Recommendations for instrument cables?

I'm looking for a good guitar cable to go from my guitar to amp or effects. Most likely in the $30-$50 range...maybe a little more. Are there any brands that make a huge difference?

I used to be a hardcore Monster guy, then I tried Planet Waves, then I went with George L's, now I am 100% dead set on using CoreX2 cables! They own all the others I've tried, are cheaper, and have the same great lifetime warranty as Monster! Every cable in my rig has been replaced with a Core.

I just went back to George L's recently and completely rediscovered how great they are.

I also just found out they make speaker cable and replaced all my speaker cables with George L's s well
