Well, the new clips almost has enough punch.
I still do think you need a lot more mids. Crank the mids up & give it another shot.

Something is wrong with my VH4 though since UPS Ace Ventura'd it. The Output Transformer got sunk into the chassis and the board got twisted,VERY slightly though I might add but it starts out sounding ok and get progressively worse. Weird thing is that the cabinet is fine, so I don't even know how it happened but it happened out of my hands. It still doesn't sound as great as the first day I got it but got a little bit better after wiggling stuff around inside, so something is loose. It just seemed to have more of everything, might be why nbarts thinks I need more mids, because I do have them fairly pumped right now as I always have. My amp sat better in the mix before the UPS thing too. I filed a claim with UPS that so far has been a nightmare, waiting on Terry to get back with what's going on there.
