As for the pedal, I was at the show in NYC. His time was ok not great but I think the sound at the venue was pretty bad overall
I couldn't disagree more. I don't know what kind of tone you like, but I thought his tone was amazing. He sounded like he always does, and by always I mean he sounded exactly the same as he did when I saw him play through his Cornfords. He sounded the same as when I saw him play through some plexi's and he sounded pretty much the same as on a lot of the live footage I have of him. I thought the last NYC show was not just great playing but great tonally. Then again, I was about 4-5 ft right in front of Richie. If you moved to a different location, it sounded different. I got the exact sound of his setup and it sounded really good. To be honest, I was surprised his Fly Rig sounded that good.
