The inductees this year in a ceremony that stretched over five hours also included: Mary J. Blige, A Tribe Called Quest, Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Matthews Band and posthumous recognition for Jimmy Buffett, MC5, Alexis Korner, John Mayall, Norman Whitfield and Big Mama Thornton.

Ozzy made it in. So did Foreigner. Cher is okay, she had one good song with Meatloaf.

But why Mary J. Blige? Am I missing something?

Mary J Blige did a cover of Slipknot's "Psychosocial" and actually was a producer on the last KISS album they recorded. She did a song with Robert Plant too.




Everything I just said is complete B.S. I'm just trying to find a silver lining....lol
 
This is pretty exciting! I have to check out some of these inductees. I have a little chubby at the moment and I don't even have to pee!
 
I watched a video someone did and they did a great tribute to Ozzy!

Not one mention of Jake or even any audio in the tribute reel from Bark at the Moon or Ultimate Sin. It jumps straight from Randy to Zakk. Then in the performance they have Jelly Roll murder Mama I’m comin’ Home. Yeah, it was great. Hey but at least Grohl wasn’t involved.

So funny as he points up as he can’t hit the note as if to say to the audience “you know what I was going for, right?” Just another 2nd rate rapper like Kid Rock who thinks he can be an actual singer and is dead fucking wrong.

They always pick a few turds... Good to see Foreigner, and Ozzy should be a no-brainer. A Tribe Called Quest? WTF is that?

No recognition for Jake from Ozzy? Hell, even in Vegas, he got a 15 gun salute (and that was from a complete stranger). 😜

They dragged out Demi Lovato to sing Foreigner, and it was as good as you could imagine….😁
