I think Jack Black said something to the affect of Ozzy being loyal to all those that helped...I almost spit my drink out thinking of Bob, Lee and Jake lol.


As much as those two albums changed the way I played and felt about guitar, as much as I still listen to them and get those same feelings I had years ago, even appreciate RR more - I've come to greatly dislike Ozzy. I literally listen to those albums as if they were a band and Ozzy was just the front man.

 

The shit they put Lee through, fuckin A holes doesn't do it justice.

Stealing Lee's Gold and Platinum awards, beyond horrible.

I listen to the first two albums the same way, as a band with OzBurt singing.

did he also mention that while he (mike) wrote the bass riff for No More Tears it was Bob who recorded it on the album? (and all the other bass on the album as well)

No but I’m sure he wouldn’t deny it. He’s clearly a Daisley fan.

Andrew Watt may or may not be a douche but looking into his career so far lead me to this amazing performance from Glenn Hughes (Andrew with him on acoustic). So I call it a win

I wonder why they are only inducting Ozzy now as well. They inducted Madonna in 2008, Janet Jackson in 2018. Heck, even Jay-Z got into the list in 2020.

It's just warped.

I saw the tribute videos and they blew. I guess that sums up the R&R Hall of Fame. to me at least.
