Rocktron Prophesy 2

Picked up a Rocktron Prophesy 2, is anyone here using one or know a bit about them? I have it running straight into a VHT 2902. I played it as it was when I got it and also tried a factory reset on it, It sounds good, but I am not not hearing the sound and feel I was expecting.. Do you need to set it up a certain way? Kinda like using stock patches on other gear, once you get the correct settings in them they come alive.. Anyone have any settings,patches or know where to get them for them for this device?
 
Two of my friends have been using them for a really long time. They have tube power amps and a bunch of cabinets. Both run in stereo and use a lot of the onboard effects.

Maybe try some pedals in front.
 
Does anyone still have one that has custom patches or is there any custom patches out there, free or paid? I am curious what this would sound like with custom patches..
