The more gear you have and flaunt, the more you're on the SUCK END of the glory hole..

Without any call outs, I hate members who only drop in the show off their latest acquisition and don't participate in anything else..
The level of narcissism is astounding..
I'm just gonna start buying squiers, bugera combos, and behringer pedals and only drop in when I want to share pics.

I think the biggest trap one can fall in here is trying to judge people based on gear habits.

We have some musicians. We have bedroom guitarists (me). We have hoarders that play. We have hoarders that loook at them. I am cool with everyone here.

Dont forget the hoaders that want booty ------------------------

No dude. The good old days of Kiss were from 1972-1978. All those albums kicked ass then and they still kick ass now. Go to YT and watch “She” live from 1973. Fuckin killer shit.
I've loved KISS long time!!!

The first four albums are wonderful.
Great classic rock, Marshalls and Gibsons. Nothing beats that formula. Ever.

But...
I think their run in the 80's was better at times.
Lately I've been on an 80's KISS kick (probably better way to say it).

The four new songs on Killers are great.
Creatures is great.
Lick it Up (minus Lick it Up) is great.
Animalize (minus Heavens on Fire) rips.
Asylum is great. You could make an argument for Tears are Falling being somewhat lame, but it was released as a single and did fairly well.
Crazy Nights has some good songs, but a bit of sign of the times syndrome.

Plus, those 80's releases always opened with a banger!
Creatures of the Night, Exciter, I've Had Enough and King of the Mountain all rip!

KISS, Hotter than Hell, Dressed to Kill, Alive and Rock and Roll Over are fucking fantastic and where my heart lies.

Destroyer, Love Gun, Dynasty c'mon...
Alive II who cares?
Double Platinum doesn't count unless you're hooked on Strutter '78?

Unmasked and The Elder are guilty pleasure albums but not for everybody.

Nothing they did from Dynasty on had anywhere near the magic of early Kiss. 100,000 Years, Black Diamond, Parasite, Got To Choose. Nothing in the 80s or after can touch it.

Clearly it’s subjective.

Seems like many posters here have uber cash, and sure seem to covet the high end gear hoarding, much like the tan pants crew of lawyers, dentists and doctors over at TGP?

Is this their secret greasy highway truck-stop gloryhole?????

Only thing swaying my belief is subtle lack of Dumble threads here.
Make sure to wear eye protect

Did you even look at the quality of the bird inlay on my PRS?
Those fuckers are really flying!
