That seems like a bit out of the way if you're referring to Philadelphia. We have our own Kensington Ave here. It's downtown on the street named after a number. I've seen people wearing business suits laying on the on the sidewalk with needles in their arms. Not just for the downtrodden, anymore. Fun for the whole family!
 
I prefer to travel to US locations that uphold the Constitution, unless under duress (i.e., work travel).

Thankfully, I no longer travel (work or non-work) to locations that don't uphold the Constitution.
