Should I Sell My Smallbox and Get A Runt 50?

Sell it and get a Katana. Just think of all the hookers and booze you could spend the extra dough on.

Never personally played one but I've heard the volume taper on the Runt's isn't that great. Not sure if that is true but I've seen a few owners post that it goes from either quiet to all out loud, really not a great taper compared to other Friedmans. Maybe something else to consider if you love the volume taper on your Smallbox.

I've got one sitting right in front of me and this isn't true. All it is is that the clean channel volume doesn't have as big of a sweep as the gain channel. It's still very usable and not like an on/off switch like on some amps. I also read on TGP about this problem but those guys whine about the stupidest shit over there.
