Wanna see how do you guys have organized your boards to fit the nova system, or any similar size multi fx pedal :)

The pedals run in front of the amp...Nova System in the loop.

hey Randy, how do you like the Nova infront of the amp? which amp is it? Budda I guess right?

I'm after a similar setup.....

Nova for fx, Wah, BB preamp, KEeley Katana Boost and another OD

oh another question, does it weight much? (the Nova I mean)

I use it with a bnch of amps. Carvin Legacy, Peters Polaris, Budda SD18...
I always use it in the loop for mostly just dealy and level boosting for solos.
It works well out in front of an amp too, and it doesn't weigh that much.

I've got a slightly larger board now (frikking eventide ;p) but the layout is the same with a few additional pedals, no nova system but an M9

Eventide Timefactor in place of the flashback - and 3 extra pedals to go with it , bypass looper for the M9 - blackstar ht dual and the delay/boss delay

i tend to use the other delays/reverbs, but depends on the song, the m9 works really well
and i can use it for pretty much everything, two separate bands one into a hiwatt 100 , and the other into a ceriatone OTS

i recorded some gainy tones out of it through my camera a while back:

Sorry to hijack - how do you like your Tone Press (I just ordered one). Also why are you running the TP ifo your tuner? I have a polytune also and plan to have the TP right after (yours is before)?

i almost can't live without it i guess would be a good way to put it =0

i leave it always on, thanks to the blend knob you can set it to be really subtle or really squashed, i have another compressor on another board but i can't leave it on all the time like the TP, i'm curious to try out the BYOC compressor that also has the blend knob, but otherwise the TP is the top of the list for me , awesome pedal

as for signal chain i think i wanted it before all the other pedals as it suits best to 'compress' the signal before going into other pedals (OD/reverb/delay) at least imo , i don't think it'd make a huge difference whether the TP is 1st or 2nd after the tuner, but it will if it's run before/after an OD pedal

It's a really light weight board, which is bloody ideal. And works for so many things.

I saw a local 50's and 60's rock band play on Friday night and one of the guitar players had a Nova on his board. Not organized at all but he also had a Klon sitting on the floor next to it. All running into some kind of Two Rock combo sitting on a Bogner cube. I know, CSB. I am just not used to seeing someone with that kind of gear at a bar gig.
