Can't believe I had to post this. Someone should have before I had to point it out.
The one that started his bloated majesty's egotistical conquest and Ferrari collection.
When this came out we all just STFU and sat down, stoned stupid in awe. Never heard anything like it at the time.

^^^^ I was just gonna post that..I still have this on cassette from a show called the metal shop on Friday nights around the pitts area..also the band Loudness- akira's exploder solo....Gary Moore- end of the world,..vinnie moore- invader with vicous rumors, and saved by a miracle on minds eye.....David Chastain ,Greg Howe,Tony macalpine,AL dimeola,- all these guys had killer into solos

Acoustic shredding. The song itself is 'meh' but the intro is fun to play.
Vandenberg-Wait

The first two Vandenberg albums in terms of guitar are fantastic. Some of his solo's are compositionally brilliant. I'm a huge fan of his first three solo albums, the third has some good moments but they were chasing Leppard at that point. To me the biggest weak point is the vocals. Regardless this type music is where Adrian shined. He didn't have the blues base to work in Whitesnake even though as a writer some of that worked for Slip of the Tongue.
