WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the sound I've been looking for the whole time.

If I could only use one module, this would be it.

Unbelievable!

interesting cleans + outrageously clear highmid gain.

Perfect.

It's the 2 sounds I've been trying to get with about 5 other modules :lol: :LOL: :lol: :LOL: :lol: :LOL:

It's definitely one of my favorite modules :). Probably tied for #2 :). EG5 is my #1, and the DLX and SL are my #2's. The SL is soo smooth, punchy, and thick :). Great, great module. I couldn't live w/o it :). If I had a Mod100, I'd have the DLX, SL, and EG5.

You won't be sorry :). It's a great great module :). I just have an extra one to sell :). My other one is definitely staying in my M4!!!

dude i hate that when that happens. i had a 6550 blow up in my 2/90/2 about 2 months ago. saw a big white light and it broke off the top of the tube with a big crack around one of the tubes. the joy of tubes!!!!

put another set of svetlana 6550s, and they've been ROCKIN :).

Here ya go Nick...

Here's a couple sound check clips I did a while ago checking mics and such. It's the SL module with a Les Paul and a few OD pedals--Sparkle Drive, BB preamp and BK Butler Tube Driver.
Nothing special. Just some raw clips of the basic sound of the module. If I remember, all the tone controls were set pretty much 12:00. Bright and Bass boost to 1 (left)
Channel A and then switch over to Channel B @ about 3:00

As you can tell, the vintage vibe in this module brings out the 80's in me :D

Also, this module covers A TON more ground than I show here. This was pretty much just the gainier settings. Set cleaner, it still just kills.
