Smallbox Volume Cut (FX Loop tube?)

At rehearsal last night, volume was dropping in/out of my Smallbox. I pulled the cables out of the EX loop and the tone returned, no drops. Just wanted to confirm with you all that it is a 12AX7 effects loop tube... and I can just swap it out. Thanks!

So you have a tube loop on a small box? what year?

I thought I had a tube in there based on my Mesa/Boogie experience (I'm new to Friedman's). Dave replied to my FB post and let me know to spray contact cleaner in the jacks and that there is no tube for the FX loop. Thanks for the reply LP Freak! I tried the contact cleaner and it did the trick.
