Exactly, the knock off tool you buy and it breaks 1/2 way through it's first use and you toss it in the damn garbage. You’re a tool in the toolbox....

You’re a tool in the toolbox....
Pedals are tools in the toolbox and why not there are thousands to chose from why limit yourself.
Not everyone want "just an amp". And you're using FX yourself so there goes that argument.
If my amp gets heavy without pedals thats fine but i still like options and some pedals make an amps tone pop more than by itself.
As for your playing not knocking it but maybe something more melodic and different as your demos are very similar.
I myself prefer cellphone clips in the room better than SoundCloud stuff as long as they're done well.
You asked for opines so there you go.
To be honest to give your amps a fair assessment id have to have it here with me for a couple days with my guitars/cabs/FX to give an honest evaluation so its really not fair to call internet balls & strikes.I do appreciate your opinion.
Yes I use rackmount effects not only for studio quality delay and reverb but as a means for boosting my solos loud enough to drown out the drums and the singer if I wanted to which I thought of in 1989. This allows me to hit a single note or play a five minute guitar solo should I decide or the crowd So that all of my work could be heard as there’s nothing more frustrating than watching a great guitarist only move his fingers but not to hear what he or she is
playing.
As for as the word “argument”, that you used, that carries a negative connotation and I argue with no one.
It is all a matter of taste and I appreciate many guys that use pedals to include George Lynch, YJM & Steve Vai to name but a few.
I have a couple midi switching boards but I’ve never been a pedal dancer. I like to use the volume knob on my guitar and the Quadraverb with a momentary switch between two channels. It’s all I’ve ever needed.
As you use pedals for tools out of the toolbox I use techniques speed, sweeping, bends etc...
I play similar songs/riffs for a fair comparison so that when someone decides that they would like to contact me about perhaps having some work done they can listen to similar music played on different circuits.
As for “flurry” lol, well that is for the players who always ask if the amp will track 32nd or 64th notes.
I’ll admit some guys do not have the ears to distinguish between different types of overdrive regardless of analog or clipping diode’s etc.
Thank you again for sharing your opinion. I will continue to cater to those guitarists that seek my help which have been quite numerous.
Best regards and thanks again for your input and listening. David Hopkins

I do know a crappy amp when i hear one and thats not the case with you.
Sounds Killer David! I'm going to break out Facelift now...
A little delay and reverb isn't going to change the tone THAT much...I can certainly hear the tone of the amp. I do like dry clips too, as that's going to be a little more honest representation of it.
Snorkler Hopkins Modded Marshall...♫

All your mods sound good. My ears really like this one. Is this mod available to customers? How does this mod feel under the fingers, stiff or greasy?
