Chapter 11 is for business reorganization and doesn't necessarily reflect poor management. Many large businesses do this.

If I thought traveling on foot would be safer for you, I would tell you that but sadly, it appears all hope of normal life and travel are gone for you. Wrap yourself in bubble wrap and let an Uber driver solve life’s dilemmas for you

St. Louis has shitty drivers but if you’re from here it’s not rocket science. The worst thing about the traffic here to me is the dumb mother fuckers doing the speed limit in the fast lane.

But those people are in every city. I was actually born in St Louis but we were only there several months before we were shipped to Japan. The worst I’ve seen driving was in Atlanta and Los Angeles for different reasons.
LA just has too many vehicles on the road at the same times and Atlanta is pure driving insanity. 70% of the people are not paying any attention and traveling at 80-90 mph, semi rigs changing lanes and running over the top of small cars, and a really weird thing where at certain times there are a huge number of people traveling at hypersonic speeds with mattresses tied to the top of their vehicles. They mattresses fly off and vehicles go into domino mode, and it’s like watching a nascar pile up.
We were going to a supercross in Atlanta one year and literally watched this happen twice, but nearly happen 2 other times on the same day!

What the hell does that mean??
At some point I expect to see a documentary on this phenomenon, that was the weirdest stuff we ever saw on the road..

And we saw a lot of weird shit traveling to races all over the country for nearly 20 years..

The U.S. government can starve China if it wants. For every 100 calories a Chinese person consumes, ~40 calories is imported from the United States. Why can't China feed its own people when it has a big ass territory, ~2+% larger than the CONUS in terms of square miles? Because the majority of China's mainland is non-arable. 12 famines in the past 400 years should give people a clue. China is overdue for another famine, the last one lead to ~(55-60)M Chinese dying. Maybe the U.S. can induce a famine by banning the export of any U.S. foodstuffs directly to China & limiting exports of foodstuffs to other countries that would sell to China.
