Just got off the phone with Jeff and ordered an M4 with the EG5 module. Spoke a bit with Jeff about the hopefully-soon-to-come update to the COD module. I must say it's always great to call a company, where I know people have better things to do than speak to me, and get someone on the line who is willing to talk and not just rush you off the line.

Thanks for that Jeff.

Anyway, as a software developer, I'm going to spend my lunch hour writing a program to make the next 14 weeks go by 100 times faster.

I'm glad to hear it and more glad to have experienced it. I'm looking forward to getting the preamp. I'm sure I'll be in a module collecting frenzy when I hear it for the first time.

Well, I'm trying to slowly build it up so I don't have to sell any of current gear. If, however, I end up selling some gear to buy the other 2 mods, that'll be saying something.

BTW, I have a buddy who's a real good player and he's been looking at these as well. I'm sure he'll come right over to try it out when it's here.

Yep me too! I do web application development for realtors in MD. I guess it would take programmers to figure out a module based system would be good.
