Used to get these from dealers, but now you can send direct offers, (must be 10% off, minimum), to watchers. And, you can now see them in your offers, and who the watchers are. Pretty slick. Now you can message them and tell them to pound sand when they decline a good deal.

So you’re saying that you want to tell people that are watching your gear to pound sand if they decline an offer that you send them?

I received some offers on gear I was watching. Think that’s a good idea and did make me think about going ahead or maybe counter.

Now they're quietly raising the price after you put it in your watch list and making you an offer for what it was previously priced. This has happened at least 3 times in the past couple of weeks. If you're interested in a piece of gear, it's smarter to save the link instead of putting it in your cart or watch list.

They can send you offers even if you just look!! I received an offer on items I have LOOKED AT but never put on my watch list. I was casually looking at a Jackson JS32 Arch Top in Pavo Purple. I was surprised to see an offer from the seller, Brand new at a great price. I accepted and now own it.
I looked to see if I mistakenly put it on my watch list. NOPE, but it was in my recently viewed list.

Does this not work in the app? I'm selling some stuff and I get no option to send offers.

I had that happen with a PRS HDRX amp. I had the 20-watt one on a watch list because they were selling it for $630, about 5 minutes after I put it on my watchlist they offered it to me for $720. I figured it was just coincidence, but yeah, after that happening a few times, I can definitely see that. Fuckin’ turds.

Not even sure that would be enough. The link will just take you to the new price. A screen shot would be better.

But with this new 'feature' it appears it doesn't even need to be in your cart.

I'm glad it worked for you but I would not want to be solicited for just looking at an item. And this new 'feature' adds a certain amount of guessing does it not? How is that unsolicited bid documented? What it the seller says he has an unsolicited bid out for 'x' price that could be higher or lower than what is posted online currently?

That's nuts. Did they tell you that someone else had offered $720 so now they are raising their price to you despite what is on the web?

Maybe I don't understand this 'feature' but I don't buy and sell gear, I just 'try' to play it

Sweet, maybe if I put this in my watchlist the seller will offer me a slick 10% off and I can get it for a steal.

$474,900
+ $500 Shipping

I also recommend pairing this with a set of 4x12 Celestion goldbacks - it’s a beautiful combination
Pairing? Like wine?

, and someone could create a custom speaker package based on what I’ve learned which could continue to bring out the amp’s character.
Create a custom speaker package? Do you even play guitar?

Runs from smooth, blooming cleans, to musical crunch, and the rock/jazz, mid, and bright switches help you bring out the most of your playing, perfect for anyone that plays a range of styles.
Do you even play guitar?

As we learn more about how sound travels from one’s brain to fingers, through a pickup/amp chain, and through speakers, this piece has the ability to expand how to hear the differences, and helps one discover the vocabulary to explain what they hear. Since Dumble passed last year, we are again learning how much of an impact he had on our passion and art.
Seriously? Do you even play guitar?

Paired with the amp head is also a 1980s-era Dumbleator in overall great condition.

There is that word Paired again.

Shipping is elevated for this piece given the value and fragility. Personal delivery is negotiable.

This item is sold As-Described
This amp is fragile? Or the tubes? Or the harmonics? Again, do you even play guitar?

I know it is a dealer and maybe doesn't play guitar but it just screams "I don't really know much about these amp thingamajigs but I want to charge you close to half a million for one.

Most of the time I just watch out of curiosity even when I'm not looking to buy.

It comes in as an offer, so it's all documented. Ebay has a similar thing where you can send offers to watchers. I don't want to be spammed either. It's kind of like the oops you left something in your cart emails you get now from every website.
