Bro, nobody is saying you've ever attacked anybody or that you've been mean. On the contrary, you've been exceedingly nice and polite to everyone here, even the people who have insulted you, which is admirable.

What I think you're missing is that people aren't attacking you because you're being "mean," they attack you because a lot of the time when you try and help people or offer up advice, you end up giving information that is misinformed and ignorant to how things actually work. Then, when people try to correct you and set the conversation back on the right track, you double down and insist that you are in fact right when you are actually very, very incorrect.

However, nobody here dislikes you at your core. What they dislike is your behavior. You come off as a guy who doesn't realize how much you don't know, but you insist on telling everybody else with years and years (sometimes decades) of first hand experience and expertise how wrong they are after they demonstrate objective truth to try and themselves be helpful.

We've all been there at one time or another, and that's ok. Just chill, take a step back, do lots of reading, listening, and personal experimentation. You'll be fine, and as soon as you respond to the corrections on your writing from knowledgeable people with "oh cool, I didn't know that, thanks for sharing!" then people will forget all about previous arguments or whatever.

@TheToneDig the problem guys have with you is that you keep insisting on being right about many things that others on here disagree with and can even often times disprove with clips. Others have already said it: have some humility! It’s perfectly ok to be wrong or even schooled and learn a few things. You probably already have and don’t realize it. I’ve owned literally 100’s of amps, pedals, guitars, etc, it feels like I’ve tried it all and know everything, but I don’t and still learn on here about new gear worth getting that I didn’t know about. Use this place to learn. I don’t think you realize all the arrogance and entitlement implied in your posts. It’s worse imo than some rude or vulgar words despite how polite you are, but really that’s just a facade. Guys on here tend to be real and that’s worth respecting

It’s ok to be schooled. In fact I get schooled harder than you do in most of my guitar lessons and guess what, it made me a much better player. I used think I was a great player, l finished my post-masters degree, got to even some semi-finals in guitar competitions, had some gigs in prestigious venues, but then I started taking lessons with my current teacher right when covid hit in spring 2020 and he made me start over and re-learn everything in baby steps. Maybe something for you to consider and have the humility to try. Sometimes you gotta take many steps backwards to end up just one forward

Anyway, the advantage is I am an unknown but they splashed themselves across the internet and then decided to dick with people's projects they never met who are anonymous. They fucked around hard for 2 months. So if they want my attention they now have it 100% and for all the wrong reasons. I am good at book research and even better at going through all sorts of background documentation also. So if they want to get personal, no problems. Let's see how fucking funny things get when people around their projects start to see the real them. Work, social, branding, music, the whole fucking lot.

Moral of the story is if you are going to fuck with people's projects, don't have an internet history of yourself out there with employers and a future you want for your own projects unhampered by doing your best to get onto someone's bad side. They have killed the project anyway so I have nothing to lose.
