For sale is my Friedman Naked Mk II Custom. This is a total one-off Naked that Dave built in 2018 using the BE-100 as a platform. It has two and a half channels: a clean channel with Bass, Treble, and Bright controls; a Naked channel with B/M/T controls; and a Naked+ channel (engaged 4th preamp tube) that shares EQ with the Naked channel. Those two gain channels also share a master and gain control. The Naked+ channel simply adds gain on top of whatever you have the Naked channel set at.

There is also a global Presence control and Dave's famous FX loop on the back with a Return volume that can be used as a "System Volume." Perhaps most intriguing is the switch all the way to the right, which (as far as my ears can tell) shifts the mids and lows of the entire amp. One setting gives the default Naked sound and the other gives a deeper sound.

Quite simply there is no other amp like this on the planet (as far as I've ever seen) so this is a rare chance to grab something truly unique.

Was this from Reza? Is this the one he demo’d? Will dave mod a be100 into this?

As far as I know this amp has never belonged to Reza. The owner before me had it for quite some time.

I can’t say what Dave will or will not do.

The one Reza had was just a Custom Friedman 50... built by Dave based on Reza's requests... It wasn't a custom naked from what I recall.

Oh, I know which one you’re talking about then. No, this is not that amp. That amp is totally different. That’s a one off Dave built Reza to his specs. This is a Naked. Totally different amp.
 
I think reza had a blacked out naked mark II he demoed also.

Regardless GLWS. This is a very special amp I’m sure.

Yeah, he has a blacked out Naked Mk II that he uses in some of his clips. I just want to be clear that this is not that amp (nor is it the Custom 50 @suhrimmetal mentioned) and as far as I know, Reza has never owned or demo'd this amp.

TBH, I'm very surprised it's still available. I'm selling this and a totally mint JEL in the original box (also $5500 shipped CONUS, if anyone is interested) and whichever one sells first is the only one I'm selling. So if you want this Naked, I'd act sooner rather than later. :)

I'm not. I have never seen it this bad in the US for selling desirable gear like yours. No one is buying anything. Glws

The market is definitely slow, I feel you on that. Guitars are even worse than amps right now, imo.

I love this amp and will eventually de-list it and just keep it but figured I’d test the market and see if it can go to another RT-er first.
