Who complained? I think it is important that the offended be known to the offender. The Crowd (masses) should also be let known so that we can be entertained.
I move that this be an amendment to rule 12, however; it also should apply outside of member classified for any time a little bitch dings the moderator.
12a Any member complaining about another member for rule violation, terrorism, bullying, or any other pussy reason will have their identity revealed if
1) the member they are accusing asks or
2) Any member with the Badge "Hack" requests.
