Hey Mark,

I sthe headstock on that caparison messed up? It looks like it is cut off a bit where it should come to a point...

Lol, at first I thought you were just being a smartass and referring to the Brian Moore.

Tyler

  No, I actually really dig that particular caparison, I just have a feeling I would absolutely hate the neck. I am curious to check out an Angelus too, but same thing about the neck in that case... (too flat from what I remember reading)

What kind of neck shapes do you like? The Dellinger neck is really comfortable IMO. It's fairly thick, but not Gibson thick or anything.

What's the point of buying and selling all these guitars non-stop?

What's the point of asking me what the point is? Who cares?

Well, my favorite neck is the one on my LP Custom, but I also really love my 9.5" radius strat. From what I remember you telling me, the Caparisons have a 12 to 16" compound radius, which I think will end up being too flat for my tastes. Our other guitarist uses ESPs w/ a 12" radius which I just can`t stand. also had a fender showmaster with a 12" radius that I absolutely hated. Its a shame to cause I like the caparisons a little more every time I see them (especially the Angelus HGS and the dellinger you have for sale right now, although in both cases I would tune them up to only a 1/2 step down)

I'm not sure exactly what the radius is on them actually. I like their necks a lot, but I like the way they sound even more. That's the main reason I like them so much.

I understand completely. At some point I imagine I will take the plunge on one, especially since they seem to be pretty easy to turnaround. I really think I could get into an Angelus HGS in the transblack though!

That model looks amazing! Those guitars sound HUGE as well. Very thick body, thick necks, and they weigh a ton. That trans black Angelus HGS is nearly impossible to get though. They just started making it either last year or the year before and not too many of them have been made so far. :(

I can deal with the weight, I think my current #1 weighs in a shade over 10lbs

I've never seen someone buy and sell so many of the same brand of guitar. I would just conclude that they probably aren't the brand for you if you keep selling them. :D

You'd be wrong then. I only sell them so I can get other ones that I want. They're all great.

looks like guitar asylum and a place in MD are the only 2 US dealers on the Cap site...Do you know the name of the Indiana place? I REALLY want to check these guitars out.

They don't have any stuff on their website about it yet though.

Damn dude, that didn't take long at all! I owned that particular Dellinger and it is a little thinner than the neck on my LPC. Probably sits right between the Jackson Soloists I used to have an my LPC. Plays better than most of the Jackson Soloists I had too, 2 of which were USA made, the other 2 which were early 90's Japanese versions. The fretboard is pretty flat though, probably 12-16. The only reason I sold it back to Mark was because I fell in love with a PRS Singlecut.

Man, you and selling Caparisons. It's like sticking a treat in front of a dog behind a cage. I would so go for this if it wasn't HGS, and I didn't have to buy some presents still.

You can tune the HGS models to whatever tuning you want. The bridge is just moved back a little to help with intonation in lower tunings.

Brian Moore is sold. Caparison is probably going to be taken off Ebay and traded.
