Splawn Quickrod Clip! (Using Fryette Load Box)

Splawn clips never seem to disappoint! Sounds killer Dimebag! Love the riffs and chugs in the song....... The amp really seems to growl with the 6ca7's, what brand 6ca7's are you running?? JJ or EH? Just curious... I tend to prefer the EH over the JJ 6CA7's.

Did you have the B+ low voltage engaged for the clip or were you at full plate voltage?

Thanks man! It’s with B+ and they are JJs (not sure how old they are).

Great tone. I love Gear 2 OD2. No boost huh? Would love to know your settings.

The low end is so tight. Still top end too. I like the break down parts after the main riffs and the song break down before the outro is just angry. Love it! :)

Signal chain was the PRS into the Splawn into a Fryette Reactive Load into my interface and used a V30 IR on one side and Creamback 65 on the other side.
 
My settings are pretty close to that but I don't get that tone without a boost. I run my Treble at 0 and Solo volume just up over regular volume. There should be some mojo doing that. With the Treble off it seems to open the amp up more without loosing any Treble. Again - nice clip.
