St. Anger Re-recorded

While I am still not a fan of the album, this was a much more listenable version of it.
 
Big job they did and well done technically but there is some negative sides to it.

a) It's really funny to listen to a hetfield imitator for me. It is, YEAH !

b) I am not really into the guitar tones of st anger and these are not exactly an improvement. Bass especially.

c) This is much better.


 
I do like St. Anger.
However, this was the best tribute to the album so far!!!

 
I've actually always liked this album, I know :loco:

This re recording is fantastic.

Over the years I've really not even bothered with the whole of St. Anger, and don't feel bothered to listen to this re-recorded version either. What bothers me the most, is that they basically repeated the same few riffs over and over.

Sweet Amber is my favourite and I still listen to it the most frequently out of that album. To me it's the best example of that particular riff that is cycled so much in that album.
