That's Charlie -- he's the studio manager.

I grew up in the 80's and have never moved on from the heavy metal/hair metal/glam metal genre. Steel Panther is the closest thing out there today to this. I've seen them multiple times and absolutely love their shows. All members are very accomplished musicians and on top of their game. Go see them if you can - just leave you inhibitions at the door.....

Dude I’m the same! 80s all the way!!

Just curious, where did you guys get that green Charvel?

Who the fuck is Steel Panther! Was that the movie band with Marky Mark?

That's one of the early USA ProMod series that Charvel released around 2008 - a Charvel SoCal in Candy Green. It came with a flat black pickguard that I changed out a while ago. I bought it new around the same time I bought the Charvel San Dimas in Seasick Green (the lighter coleoed one without the pickguard in the video). Great playing guitars. Charvel made these ProMods in the USA for the first few years before they were sent to Japan for a year or two and then ultimately Mexico. I've played all iterations and they are all fantastic. The USA models have something special though.....

did you get it used or new? I sold a green one with a black pickguard, an 08 with an EVH Dtuna on it a few years ago and wished I hadn't lol

Ah man - Steel Panther. Just search YouTube, and welcome to the party. The MarkyMark movie band was Steel Dragon.
with the exception of Van Halen early Metallica, Maiden and post punk new wave, the 80s produced garbage music. I have no desire to see a Trixter clone in 2025!
Even most modern metal is uninspired unintelligible drivel, and a loud, muddy mess.

Nice job man,

For those that don’t know who Steele panther is, their cocks are community property, baby:
