I emailed Marshall and got this response about new 1959HW reisssues.
The 1959HW has a Voltage selector on the back panel.
All you would need to do is replace the mains fuse for a T6.25A type and turn the Voltage selector to 120V foe use in the USA.
(Remember to put the T3.15A back in when you’re using it at 240V)
Kind Regards.
For a $2150 difference you could fly to England and pick one up.

If you are buying over there, I’d highly recommend looking for a good vintage version; like a metal panel 1970-74 preferably. The earlier the better of course, but the early 70s versions are more aggressive than the earlier Plexi, if that matters to you. The new ones are cool but vintage iron is best, imo.

It’s easier to find them over there, and I’d say they will run 30% less than a comparable one here. If you have contacts there who can shop for one, have them look for one with original transformers first, and secondary would be the rest of the amp as clean/original as possible. As long as the transformers are original the rest of the amp can be returned stock if it’s been modded

Perhaps you’ve come across him already, but Johan Segeborn has 100s of videos playing vintage Marshalls and also demonstrating how close some current amps can sound, some very cheaply. Maybe you might find an amp that hits the spot for your needs - without resorting to importing from the UK - by checking out his demos:
