I believe he used 2 giant racks, which had Mark Coliseums and assorted 80s rack goodies. He also had a few Jose 800s, maybe also in the racks. I live TV broadcast of BM he was using the Mesa stuff.

Honestly it doesn't matter if he's playing Marshalls or Boogie's, the guy got huge tone. You can see that on the live vids from Whitesnake to Lizzy etc...
I just don't get why he hasn't released his last album and/or at least reform Blue Murder for live dates. Sure it wouldn't be big places other than Japan but I'd selfishly like to see the guy again before it's too late.

One of my all time favorite guitar players along with Garry Moore that never became nearly as big as they should of. That first Blue Murder album is a real gem and absolutely Kills! As good for me as the Whitesnake stuff he did!

The guy recording the audio may be on the FOH board.
Its too good for rafter seating but it is in Japan home of world famous Stereo HiFi.
Analog.man Mike Piera was an EE Engineer in Japan in da 80's.
