This is fucked up. I was on the PRS forums that I guess is owned my Synergy and they are telling the story of their whole Mojahveee problem.

Well I'm reading and then get to page 3 and the fuckers start bashing Derek and Rock Solid Amps. Here is what they wrote.

It was this e-mail which marked our Downhill relation with Mojave Ampworks and eventual theft of $3,790.00.

In reply to this e-mail, Victor called me up and we discussed the line, the missing power tubes, the non support from his website, not showing us as a dealer. This of course led to the fact that, without telling us or even a call, Victor opened up Rock solid Amplifiers as a Mojave Dealer, less than 20 miles away.

Quick Side Note about Rock Solid Amplifiers, listed @ RockSolidAmps.com, they are not a Store, so Buyer Beware. This gentleman actually brings clients into his home and shows him the Amps in a Spare Bedroom. Sure he can ship via the Internet, but to be a Dealer, is just Ridiculous. I don't want to walk in some guy's house with his dogs and wife there to see Amps in a Bedroom. Do you?"

Man fuck them. Derek is one of the best dealers out there. This fucker is crying how he got screwed but yet feels the need to bash Derek. What a pussy. Fuck Synergy Guitars. Bunch of cock suckers.

While I think it was a bit of a cheap shot to name names, I don't think that was his actual intention in bringing it up.

He had been a "dealer" with Mojave for an extended period of time, but got no support from them, and was never listed on their website as one of their dealers so that people could find him. He was also told that he was the last dealer he was going to sign up for a while, so he'd have the entire area. He also has a very large, high end shop. When Derek got a dealership, and was listed etc, it was another slap in the face by Mojave since he's not as big etc.

I did look at the context. There is absolutley no reason for him say what he did. He could of just said

I bought some pickups from Synergy last year. Biggest cluster fuck I've ever been involved with. They lost my order, didn't respond to emails until I asked for a refund, and gave me a different story each time I called. I called once and whatever it was that answered the phone sounded like I'd just woke him up. It took three months before I just called the manufacturer and straightened it out myself. Synergy probably fucked something up and Mojave got tired of dealing with their incompetence.

Stay away from Synergy.

Its been my experience that the dealers are almost always to blame for shit like this and not the manufacturers. If the manufacturers did business like this all the time we would know about it. Any dickhead can sell an amp, but it takes some smarts to build and distribute them.

As for bashing DerekB... I'd do business with Derek if it was out of the back of a van down by the river. I don't care if I have to go to his home. He probably has a very nice home, his dog looks cool as hell, and I bet his wife is cool too.

I don't know the guy, but it seems like he was pissed at MOJAVE, not RSG. He had some spillover there.

Let me sum this up: the guy is an ignorant jerk for even mentioning RSA, let alone implying that RSA is a dealer people should be warned about. His beef was supposed to be with Mojave, but he just ended up taking pot shots all over the place and lying to top it off (about what RSA bought for their buy-in, at least). And what does it matter how RSA runs their business when he's honest about it? "Buyer beware" indeed. :jerk:

What this means is that despite whatever valid claim Synergy has against Mojave, he reveals himself to be a person who isn't above lying and libeling others to get what he wants. After realizing that, go back and re-read the first few pages about the transactions between Synergy and Mojave, and you start understanding how it's not so one-sided anymore. A dealer of amps who won't carry tubes? Not meeting the buy in but expecting to be put on the manufacturer's site as a dealer? Yeah, hurricanes, that's the reason.

Here are the facts which you are not seem to be mentioning which are 100% true as I have udeniable proof which lead to the events leading to where they are right now.

Earlier this week I got a phone call stating there was a thread going on about Synergy and Mojave where my name was mentioned. I decided to have a look for myself and was directed to the Synergy site where Roberts 7 page Mojave alegations are in which he posted the following about me and my business (Which you and him seem to think is no big deal )BTW I just noticed he has updated his site with more slander, libel and flat out lies. He has no proof of any of his claims where I have 100% proof of my claims of what he has done in which you will read about below.

Dealers like this have been a constant plague against real storefronts. They have constantly been shown to manipulate and lowball MAP prices, since they do not share the same overhead costs as real dealers do. Recently Derek Bernier has made several phone threats of physical harm to myself, my family and employees concerning this very same note, it will not be tolerated and has been reported to local police authorities. He has publicly libeled us on the forums and continues to attack us via internet forums and phone threats of harm. There should never be a dealer allowed to represent lines out of a bedroom and this was the main reason of this note. He still thinks he is in his house, while lines need to be represented by true storefronts and people with ethics. Coincidentally, he has also stopped the Mojave line, as well."

Wheres the bashing? So far all the bashing has been coming from Synergy and my post was a response to what was said about me and my business.

After I made my initial post above in that thread someone named "JohnV" all of a sudden started posting all kinds of lies and negative things about me and my business. Here are just a couple of the comments this JohnV said about me.

1."You brought your wife into it, when you bring everyone in YOUR house and she is there, do you rent her or something? Nightly, Weekly, you a swapper?"

2."Perhaps we can have Houseboy's wife, next time we are in his house. Food for thought, Derek, I will be in your house, to see some more amps, just for the knowledge, that I can. You don't know who I am, but when I call you, I am sure you have me right over, again. Now that is funny and True, maybe I'll stop by next week or so."

3. I'll be sending a copy of this off to ENGL to show them how you treat ENGL customers.
Regarding this post he made he ended up Emaling every company I do business with with this Email coming from Atreyos@......com and another claiming I am a drug addict which are complete baseless lies and totally untrue

I bet your asking..........So who's this JohnV guy and what do his posts and emails have to do with Synergy?
This is what it has to do with it................

JohnV is Robert Bassolino the owner from Synergy Guitars in Boca Raton.
I say this with 100% confidence and have the proof that John V without question is Robert Bassolino which I have proof of.

Here are a few things which are the weak part of my evidence that gave him away.

1. The first thing that was brought to my atention from another forumite on HC was how similar the writing styles are an exact match when you see the way the use of Capital letters are used in the wrong place everwhere. This can easily be seen in the many posts by JohnV from the "What Happened To The Mojave Thread" thread which has been saved by the Mods @ HC as well as me.

2. The use of the @ sign before my company name in the emails he sent to the companies I do business with ie-@ Rock solid Amps(Robert just recently changed this on his site as I mentioned it at HC in which he took note) You can however see on page 3 below the comments about me he also uses this when referring to Mojave as well (They arrived @ Mojave Ampworks on or around 8/22/2005, here is the e-mail I got from Victor this wil probably be changed soon too but I also have a copy of the original version.

The IP Address confirmed it was coming from Boca Raton (The first time I checked it the site said Orlando but when I entered another IP address that I got from another email from JohnV Boca Raton came up.

The rest of the proof I have is info I am not giving up yet but its open and shut and proves JohnV is Robert Bassolino from Synergy guitars 100% without question and without doubt at all. I am not the only person that has this info either and as soon as I am instructed its OK to release it than I will.

The bottomline is that I have not done anything Rob C that you have stated above at all and like I said please show your proof. The truth is you dont have any at all cause its not true and I would never expect you to believe my side since you are Rob Bs friend as well which also probably means this post will probably be deleted and I wil be baned from this forum( I am however making a copy of it to add to my case file regardless of what you decide to do.

I have contacted authorities as well as attorney's to see what my legal options of recourse are and it is truly in the works as we speak.

I have one of the best reputations on the internet regarding what I do and my business ethics as well which can be found everywhere and I am proud of my business and what it has grown into over the last 5 years. I sell great products,I love what I do and I am the #1 selling dealer in the USA for most of my lines as well. Also Synergy Guitars is not an Authorized Dealer for Engl,Framus or ISP technologies and this can be verified by anyone that cares to check by calling or emailing any of them

Actualy he was never an official dealer for Mojave as he never completed his initial buy in. I on the other hand completed my buy in before him and was an official dealer as I lived up to our agreement. FYI He also is not an authorized Engl,Framus or ISP dealer either as he claims on his site.

There is no logical explanation as to why he is bad mouthing me at all on his site and he could of brought my name up without downing me to get his point across.

FWIW, IMHO the fact that Derek ALLOWS people into is house shows a lot, and i mean that in a good way. Derek didn't know me and i called him up while i was in Florida and i bothered him to check out some amps. He let me in his home while his kids were there and to me, that means a lot. And Derek was nice to leave me alone in the room for a little while, he even gave me a beer! When was the last time you were in a music store and they gave you something to drink for free?

I don't feel that i have to deal with music stores and frankly, why should a music store be the only place i can try or buy amps from? People go on the internet and buy stuff avoiding music stores.

I feel the guy who is degrading Dereks business is way out of line.

I don't know Derek and I've never purchased anything from him, but any time he's been mentioned on any of the boards I post to, it's always been a positive reference. I've never heard anything negative said about him before this. I'll be buying an Engl head and cab in the next few months and I plan on getting it from Derek, I'm sure I won't be sorry.
