Well, I cann't vouch for Derek, but as for Synergy Guitars. I do no one thing. I tried about 5 times to contact them via email and phone to purchase a Diezel. Not one response. I couldnt have dealt with them evevn if I wanted to!!

Derek kicks ass. The way he presents himself on the forums should show that he is a great guy and the fact that I've never heard a bad thing about him or the way he does buisness would give me complete confidence if I ever decided to buy anything that he carries.

Well my thread at Harmony Central got deleted and Synergy has updated their site again with more BS,Lies about me

I've got such a strong case against him and he stil keeps on? I just dont get it man. Prety much every comment of his about me is a total lie and he has no proof of anything he has said where as I have proof about everything he has done and said aboyt me, my business and family.
I'll be gettbng more legal advice tomorrow and I cant wait to get what I can from this lying fruitcake
