SYNERGY Modules work on Mod 50/M4?

Anyone know of the newer modules will be backwards compatible with the Mod series amps including the M4? I was just thinking it would be cool to use the new stuff in the existing gear. Maybe a converter or something?
 
Word is that yes, Synergy will be compatible with MTS Hosts.
