I popped back into say hi to a couple TGP dudes today.
It was nice having people ask about my family without the intention of using them against me in an argument.

Two things.

I think you are overreacting since I used it hypothetically. And I guarantee you that is what you are talking about.

It's the internet, not your church or your work or your local hangout. Thicker skin might be nice if an analogy about you possibly having to defend your family, in a conversation about gun control is something that sets you off.

Wasn’t referring to only you, but since we are here, you 100% brought up my girls to make a point against me in an argument. No if ands or butts bro.

And I think you are the one that needs the thicker skin. I get shit all day here and fucking love it. All I did was make a comment about talking to some other people and you had to jump all over it and get defensive. Get over it lol

I think you misunderstood my post. I didn't get defensive. I think you are over reacting. I didn't use your "girls". I don't know them, didn't bring them up specifically. I simply said something along the lines of you having to defend your wife or kids. It being in relation to an argument doesn't make it nefarious to anyone except apparently you Dan. Plus I've already apologized for it and honored your request not to do it again since it upsets you.
