Love Tiedrich! :ROFLMAO:

the “best case scenario” for Russia is a forever-war

they require the agricultural resources of Ukraine and so they will not irradiate or poison the territory

they can try (and are trying) to conventionally exterminate the native population, but they are not (and no conventional force is ) capable of eliminating enough to eradicate resistance

to understand why this is true, read the popular book
“The War Of The Flea”

Russia should have learned from Afghanistan
Russia is pure stupidity .
They didn't learn from Stalin , Communism, Afghanistan or that they have poor tastes in leaders .... and now Ukraine ....
Russians are as stupid as MAGA .

*mic drop*

Kinda like we didn't learn from Vietnam.
War is good for our ruling parasites and their donors, as well as their propaganda media; they don't risk their own lives or their families lives; they don't sacrifice their comforts and lifestyles.

Notice legacy media and news outlets on the left, center and right are all supporting and promoting conflict to their viewers.

"War is a Racket" by Col. Smedley Butler (1935). As true now as it ever was; ruling parasites always profit from war, though in the past the aristocracy and even royalty would participate directly in battles throughout history. That's not how it is, nor has it been since the end of WW1, with a few exceptions.

Ya, but I'm always reminded of the Pink Floyd lyric: 'Forward he cried from the rear - and the front rank died.'

The movie Braveheart shows examples of this in just about every major battle scene.

Not with Wallace of course!

That was WW2. In WW1, the Brits, Germans, Austrians and Russians all had aristocrats in their officer ranks.

Even as late as WW2, this was still true but to a much lesser extent.

By the time of Korea, Vietnam, etc., it was the American serfs doing the dying and killing while the ruling parasites made profits.

In most wars, ruling parasites and the donor class increased their wealth. Some, like the Wallenbergs made money supporting both sides in many wars, so did smaller frys like Henry Ford.
