I had to drill out the two rivets that held in the original power entry module, and then the new power entry module would not fit thru the hole in the chassis.. so I had to use a Dremel® tool to slightly enlarge the hole.

What was supposed to be a simple little upgrade was filled with nasty surprises !

What I thought was a pass through Hot Neutral and Ground connector turned out to be a fused voltage selector - allowing the amp to run at either 120V or 100V (Japan ?)

Got the final boot a couple of days ago. No email just the confirmations and the oops. There is so much in common with 1939 Germany there that it isn't a healthy place. Brownshirts and one party mindset. I never liked Birdies on my fretboard.

They never email you or even tell you why you got the boot unless you track them down to ask.
Then you just get a vague bullshit answer anyways

One thing about guitar gear, after a a few decades of gear, you become the expert. There is nothing that I need from the GP. Maybe the overpriced Emporium.
