I just got home from practice, the amp sounds fucking phenomenal through my Mesa 4x12 at high volume, I couldn't ask for more. I barely tweaked my settings from where I had them at home, and it still sounded great, everyone was impressed with how good it sounded.
The amp mixed very well with my Fireball (which I let the other guitarist use), though the Chimera seems like it has much more volume on tap (not that you really need it- the Fireball has been plenty loud for gigs)- I'm eager to unleash the combination on an unsuspecting crowd.
By the way- if anyone reading this is in the Columbus area, we're playing the Alrosa Villa tonight (1/21), someone dropped off a show at the last minute and a friend hooked us up. Anyone who goes will get to hear the Chimera/Fireball combo.
