How is having two amps playing in tandem versus one playing independent considered a "placebo" effect?
Stop and think about it. You just answered your own question... :checkthisout:

Dude, you sometimes really weird me out man...

But it's cool, it's cool.

  V. You crack me up!! I think KC means well but he comes off in left field quite often.

Regarding the VH4S kills I am sure it does as I think Peter makes one of the best amps available. Top quality through and through.

What I like is the idea of running it W/D with effects only through one side of the stereo amp. Have you tried this setup? How was it?

Kicks such serious ass I would never go with a mono VH4 ever again.

I hope that answers your question with an '!' cuz I mean every word of it. Second to this, actually utilizing both sides of the stereo output makes for some INCREDIBLE true panned stereo effects. DD, phasers, chorus, flanges (oh my, the flanges!!) are simply awesome...

Ya, it's an incredible amp.

Oh, hey man, I get it - you know... I understand a lot of things, and being out in left field or right field is one of my specialties too... But the guy just freaks me out sometimes. I get spooked. I'm not sure what the hell he's thinking but it's like, you know, being on the bus and having that guy just glare at you, and when you finally make eye contact with him he just sits there going "See?? See what I'm saying?? You see it, right?? You see them....they're everywhere...you can see them too, right??". At which point in time, one politely folds their newspaper and moves to an adjacent, vacant seat on said bus.

V -there is no such thing as a "point in time." Take it from this mathematician. There are only "moments in time." It is Simple Relativity.

Capish?

BTW - what did the bus say?

So what is your point? And is your point literal or relative?

Alright, here we go...

Upon intial assessment of your seemingly reactive posts, both current (in this thread) and historical (throughout the forum), and the fact you eluded to some form of intellectual superiority with the inclusion of 'mathematician' in your recent reply, I can only assume you're thinking this is going to be some battle of wits and/or wisdom. However, splitting hairs seems to be more up your alley, and that's fine - makes for entertaining banter and the like. I'll personally refrain from any self affirming stance that indicates to fellow RT'ers that I am intellectually endowed - I don't think it's necessary. I know that should ever there be an argument or situation that would perhaps exhibit either one of our presumably academically fostered, intellectual 'omnipotence' against one another, I'd happily do so while eating a yogurt and discussing weather with my wife.

In other words, on the level of science, psychology, philosophy, abstract and tangible 'intellect' amongst many other tangential avenues similar or perhaps more esoteric; in trying to appear as though you're outsmarting someone, in this case me, be prepared to bring more than a wet noodle to a sniper equipped gun fight.

Point in time, moment in time - strictly semantics, to an extent. When graphing anything with regards to time being one axis of several, whether linear (typical) or spatial (more scientifically applied), a 'point' can be determined, and this 'point' may refer to an event or location. Moment, is in reference to the time itself. The 'point' defines when that 'moment' existed.

And the bus, was silent.

OK, stand up, put your arms in the air, and now take a d e e p breath. Now exhale. Doesn't that feel better now Mr V.?
Don't be so contemptuous - enjoy your music and all its glory. :)
