That looks sweet bro! I ended up giving my blue note to a coworker’s kid who caught the guitar and blues bug real bad last year. Kid probably uses it more in a week than I did in a year.
Coincidentally speaking of Dumble stuff, I just started screwing around with some “tweedle Dee” mods to a 5e3 I built a few years ago.
 
This made the maiden voyage at my gig last night, hopefully there will be some decent footage from the 2nd set I can share as the first set there were PA problems that made a mess of things.

The amount of gain on tap and sensitivity of controls is amazing. With a cranked amp I have the gain at almost the lowest setting for blues. Sure enough I dialed out a little more of the bass control live. Great move on Waynes part eliminating the trim pot and putting it on the front of the pedal. If you are a strat guy you can def beef up the single coils using the bass knob.

Here was the basic settings below that I started with (I used the blue side exclusively last night.) The sustain is killer! Even with a squeaky clean amp you won't be left wanting more gain and sustain! Killer boots!!!

Wayne is killing it. I don’t know why anyone would buy from anywhere else. Craftsmanship par excellence….(imagine hearing that in a French accent)

The VonBonfire Deluxe would go great with a Fender Super Twin. So clean and loud, this is a great pedal for an amp like that.

I have plenty of amps with gain; I sometimes use a SD-1 or EQ in front; I'd like to use the Super Twin for more clean, ambient and fusion tones...minus reverb.

My VHX has effects built-in which work great; the only amp I use effects with is my JP-2C, using HX-Effects in 4CM covers everything.

My Marshalls, Engl, Bogner, I play straight into the amp. If it has more than one channel I'll use those too, no effects.

Fusion tones=VonBonfire Deluxe ftw. I think @mentoneman would really like this also.

I looked far and wide for my next OD. The two I liked the most were the Royal Overdrive (1000 bucks) and the Gladio, which is what the VBF Deluxe has cloned and also improved upon. Wayne told me if he doesn't sell any of these he's going to have me banned so you need to buy one or I won't get to spend time with you here anymore. :LOL:
