I like this one better...more "in your face" for some reason...

The only live 800 is the one with the mic in front.
One other is a back up.
The rest are cardboard cutouts

my friend’s band used to do a killer cover of this one in high school

bought screaming for vengeance the day it hit the shelves and saw the tour. that was peak priest for me.

but this wasn’t bad either!

bestest ever kick butt ripper tune

Man Halford is a beast in that clip above. I think Tipton was my favorite guitarist of that era that wasn't in the shredder/guitar god category, besides Angus of course!

We know, Priest I'd legit af. From sad wings to their later stuff and in between. One of the sonically loudest and most brutal shows I've ever seen was British steel in its entirety. The amout of sound coming off the stage was so punishing people had to move to the side to deal with the amount of power the fans were dealt that day.
Thats awesome!!!
I didn't get to see my first Priest show until Painkiller, with Megadeth and Testament.

I did see them though when they toured doing the British Steel album in its entirety handful of years ago.

Same here. First time was Painkiller tour, awesome show. Then the 2004 reunion w/Slayer opening. I was first row, awesome as well. Unfortunately the last time was the Nostradamus tour, co-headlined with Heaven and Hell. They were off that night. Quite a step down from even 2004. I regret not going to the British Steel tour a year or two later which was by all accounts much better.

Fucking dude!
Bet that was awesome!!!!

Unfortunately, I never got to see Slayer until the final tour.
No Hanneman for me...

It was. I don't care at all for autographs, photos with the band and such but I'll always treasure the Hanneman guitar pick I got from that show

My last time seeing Slayer was later in 2004 in a small, packed concert hall. Original lineup, they played great and that's where I want my memories to stay. As a fan, I go way back with Slayer.

Cracks me up. Real amps, real drums, loud stage, loud PA. And yet those soundmen made it work back in the day lol.

Now it's IR's, digital amps, in ears, and quite stages and they still complain lol. And doesn't sound as good IMO.
