My wife and I own a huddle house. Wifey has run it for 32 years. She fucking hates it BUT it’s guaranteed money.. if I was 35, it’s great; 55? Fuck. I’m tired of asking what people want or hearing that their cook to order French fries ain’t fresh… dumbasses. Word to wise… food service is a tuff gig especially as you get older and saltier. I’ll stick to my day job.
@Stephen sawall is correct. Rental storage units, Rent to own sheds, portable pull behind trailers etc is big money. I personally don’t like rental properties/houses etc because people fuck shit up and it’s hard to get rid of dirt balls from your property now.

Man, it would be tempting if it was near Savannah, or coastal SC.

On second thought, maybe not Savannah. Love the city, great place to visit, but not sure if I could live there.

You must have been insane with rage. I remember being set up by my brother as a kid, and when you are accused of doing something that you didn’t do, whoa, that anger is a special level of insane berserker madness.

There were actually witnesses, and video, that exonerated me (eventually) as far as legal repercussions. But the reputational damage was severe. She was a student at a "cross town rival" school, and I ended up getting into knockout dragout fights at every single party I went to for literal years.
