Plain and simple, Trump was not found guilty of a crime. He was not prosecuted for a crime and did not stand trial in a criminal proceeding. Nor was OJ Simpson found guilty of murder. In the United States, there is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Neither were proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In Trump's case, he wasn't even prosecuted for a crime with regards to the rape allegations. The only thing proven beyond a reasonable doubt in Trump's case is that he can't keep his fucking mouth shut to save his life.
