Oh! I see what you did there! If you only knew my circle of friends, VaGino is actually a term of endearment... Honestly though, dude, chalk all of this up to being busy and give Egnater/the Tourmaster a chance. You bought it for a reason and I don't think this "incident" is worth getting bent outta shape over. That's just my $0.02 though...
