incidentally, i had a diezel 412R with those eminence speakers. i wasn't very fond of it. i changed them to v30s and gk12-100s in X pattern. huge improvement. the 100s are awesome. my favorite current production celestions by far (of course, one should consider that most celestions are now chinese made, and there may be other options out there, like eminence man-o-wars or governors... old fanes are cool too).

Everything is made in China these days. They can't even make eggs! I have a Diezel 2x12 coming. Going to drop a couple 100's in it. Also bought a couple of the Hellatone V60's from Avatar off of ebay. Curious to see how they will sound too. Will make a speaker report when I get them.

So how's the new Diezel compared to ubercab soundwise? I'm really happy with my Bogners, but if I decide to add a third 2x12 I may end up with a Diezel.

without a doubt, my money would be on the diezel front load - build quality and sound quality to me are awesome. when you have a peek inside, there are 3 solid baffles and the cab is deep which i am sure makes much of the difference, other than the speakers projecting more front loaded. the cabs response to speaker changes is very dramatic, where i would find with any rear load. as a matter of fact, i am contemplating maybe a 2x12 front load cab and slap some celestion g12-k100's in it to compliment the other with the vh4. the uberschall will stay with its ubercab, which is also a great cab. i wouldn't pay the money for the mills as there is nothing special about it.

The Diezel front load with the V30's is far superior even to the Uber Cab. I may get me another Diezel.
