I design the boards using Eagle and use Seeed Fusion for prototyping/manufacturing.

No, I use Seeed to manufacture the PCB only. I do the assembly myself.

Yes, that's about right. Less without a head cab. I have plexiglass covers and cheap feet for it in lieu of a cab

12AWG aluminum chassis is just a really sturdy tinfoil hat.

@jackbootedi had a 20 watt caldera that was half assembled by me and half by John. Eff'n thing was killer. I had to sell it to help fund my Mayones and the guy that bought it was a bit apprehensive then sent mea message saying "THANK YOU!" Once he got it home. It was like a well rounded 800 or an 800 that I wish they sounded like off the shelf.
If I didn't have several orders I got to pay for yesterday, I would jump all over that 50 watt.
Definitely would love to try a deggonizer in the near future.
