AFIK - this is newly released. It was posted on the Exclusively VH FB group page. I read that this was Dave's last tour with the band in the 80's era before he came back in 2007. 4 more performances after this one and he was gone (fired/quit). I also read to watch it before it gets pulled off of Youtube. This was posted 20 hours ago and only has 23K views. I apologize in advance if I've knee jerked and this is old news but I've never seen the whole show, only the On Fire song itself.

Enjoy!

Thanks JiMB for the new file....I WON'T be updating it anymore after this. You can find it.

Me either and this is bad ass! I watched it earlier. So great

So Dave's last show with VH in the 1980s was at Zeppelin Field in Germany. Not the one posted, which is Castle Donington, England.

And this really shows how much Dave and Eddie needed each other to make the band as big as it was.

It just would never have been the same with someone else. Lastly, I am reminded of the contributions of Michael Anthony as a big part of their sound and songs - was Michael's ability on chorus. But his bass solo here is non-existent.

I would say Eddie's solo was one of the better ones. Skip to 46m or so to find that. Jump was kind of not good but Panama was great.

yes - I also never knew that he and Michael played keys on Jump live. That blew my mind haha. I was to young to go to this tour
Me too . I do remember the videos were always on tv as a kid

Speaking of Van Halen . I know it’s a crappy phone clip but I still think you can how good the Hermanson is for rock . Not just metal . I love this tone
