VH4S and tubes

Sorry, but the ECC83S don´t sounds good in any guitar amp.
With the 12AX7-C the result on KT77 and 6L6 will be much better
and the EL34 will get harsh.
 
I don't test the Ruby 12AX7 with my JJ KT77.

I just put a Tung Sol 12AX7 on V1 position instead of JJ ECC83S, the sound is most defined

What preamp tube do you advise Peter with KT77?
