How did I miss this thread

Great amps

To be honest when I first plugged into the UL I thought it was going to be more of the brutalz type tone right off the bat but that wasn't the case.

Channel 3 without the EQ just had a great Marshallesque tone that worked well for leads but was still organic and natural sounding. The EQ can make it sound meaner, but I actually can understand why the brutal metal crowd might not like the UL now that I've had one for a few years :)

VHT for the win! My UL is the only amp currently in my stable.

I've had my Deliverance for a few months and I still kicks butt!
I love it! I think VHT makes really nice sounding amps.

I would like that VHT is not that liked at TGP due to the PCB and Steve's witty notes on them about sniffers

Yes but I trumped your sarcasm card with the Vorpal Sarcasm Card of Destruction +10!

It is unpossible to trump the Sarcasm Card. No backsies infinity, anti-quitsies...

Great amps. I've had the pleasure of owning the Pitbull45 and Deliverance 60.

Sadly...not for me

VHT rules! I use a boost with my Deliverance at all time and it sounds awesome(It sounds similar to J.B.´s Cameron clips, with less gain). It can go from ZZ Top to heavy metal sound just with picking dynamics. I just bought a Gibson LP Standard this weekend and with this guitar, the Deliverance and Superbass I have finally found the sound for me.

Since I just rec'd my UL today this thread has perfect timing. It goes very well with my two D412s.
