Volume difference Bman A & B

Thanks for all the posts fellas.

I just wanted to make sure what I was experiencing was the same as everyone
else. Now that I know it is normal, I can worry less and play more!

That's the idea. Like I said, I don't know the Mod 50- but I sure had to adjust to the Tourmaster combo. Now that I have I love it.

Good example: Channel 2 is listed as a clean channel. That used to bug me, because it breaks up pretty easily- "Why won't this thing stay clean?" I now just think of it is a light overdrive channel. (It can get clean but it is not shimmery like channel 1) Now I plug my 335 into it, and those old Chuck Berry and B. B. King tones just fly out of it! I had to adjust to it, that's all. I think it is sort of like a Bassman module. Now it is my favorite channel!

Enjoy!

:) :D    :m4: :m17: :2thumbsup: :worship: :inlove:  :cheers2: :hys: :rawk: \:D/  :worship: :salute:

I am now running the gain on Bassman channel A up to noon and the mids at noon and man it makes a big difference in volume! Now, it sounds much more full and fits with the other modules. Still not as loud as it could be, but much much better. I still have to run the gainy modules at about 10:30, trying to bump up to 11:00.

If you're wanting to maintain a pristine clean, the Bman just is not the right module for that. I had the module masters at 12:00- 12:30 on my EG3/4 when running it with the Bman and it balanced fine. Dime the master on Bman channel A if you have to, but I dont think you should need to go that high.
