Should have one in a couple days. An SD-1 and a Bad Monkey in one box with a 3-band EQ. For $99 new. What’s the catch???

I’ll be sure to shootout against my Griffin Super Drive. Keeley Super Rodent, and my favorite SD-1’s.

UPDATE
Well I know the catch……,it sounds like shit. Super compressed and noisy/mushy next to my Keeley Super Rodent and Griffin Super Drive. Just like the Pinnacle I had.

The Bad Monkey (smooth) side isn’t bad, but there is a tenfold volume/gain increase when switching to SD-1 (punch) mode. As a clean boost, I had to back volume down to 11:00 to match Griffin when maxed……..but still sounded awful.

I didn’t buy this for the Bad Monkey side, so it’s going back. Tried messing with internal dips and running at 12v but still sounded super mushy. I’m done with Wampler.

It sounds 85% like the originals its cloning...par for Wampler clone pedals if you ask me. Very good value. Sounds great on both modes. Again, not spot on from OG's but you'll like it. I like mine.

Good to hear. Only Wampler I’ve tried was the Pinnacle Deluxe and didn’t like it at all. Too squishy and compressed…….granted I wasn’t using it like it was probably designed to be used…..which is into a clean amp.
